Drip n' Bakes is not responsible for orders once they leave our premises. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake by a customer during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. Once you or a designated party has picked up an order, it is considered "accepted". You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, store and set up your cake upon pick up. If you do not receive these instructions or unsure about handling, please don't hesitate to ask us. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly, such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc.
To secure and confirm your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the order is required sent by e-transfer. Without a deposit, your order is not confirmed. Simply discussing an order without a deposit does not guarantee your order or date availability. Hence, it is important to send your deposit as soon as possible once you are confident to place an order.
We accept cancellations minimum five days before the delivery or pick up date. However, this does not apply for wedding cakes or last minute orders placed with less than 48 hours notice. Wedding cake cancellations must be made minimum one month in advance. If an order is cancelled without respect to the deadlines, any payment made on your order is non-refundable and non-transferable. Likewise, cancellations that are made in accordance of the deadlines may have their deposits transferred to another order or available as store credit.
We understand that being late can be out of our control but letting us know in advance makes all the difference. If we are not notified within minimum two hours prior to your scheduled pick up time, you will be charged a late pick up fee on top of your order based on how late you arrive:
Late Pick Up Fees:
Late fees are meant to encourage clients to let us know in advance if they are going to arrive late. It's always best to plan ahead to avoid being late and receiving late fee charges.
We take pride in all our products. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase when picking up or within 24 hours of pick-up, , immediately notify us of your concern and return your complete order to us.
No refunds are given on any orders unless the complete order is returned. NO CASH refunds, only store credit.
We only give refunds in accordance with the refund policies stated below:
We CANNOT issue refunds for cakes that have already been eaten.
*Store credit is based on how quickly the cake is returned, how much has been consumed, and what we determine the quality to be. Store credits of any kind will not be issued to customers who do not contact us within 48 hours.
Orders that are not picked up will NOT be refunded.
