Where are you located?
Pickup location is Mississauga near Clarkson GO station. Location is disclosed upon order confirmation.
Do you Deliver?
Yes we deliver to certain areas for an additional fee. Delivery fees are $0.50 per km to and from the delivery location.
When should I place my order?
It's never too early to place your order. Orders must be placed a minimum of one week in advance. However, this does not guarantee your spot. It's best to place your order as early as possible to accommodate you and other clients as well.
How do I pay?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm your order sent by e-transfer. Once your deposit is received, your order is confirmed. Without a deposit, your order is not confirmed and delaying your deposit may result in losing your spot. The remaining balance can paid prior to pickup by e-transfer or at pickup in cash. We must be notified in advance which method of payment for the remaining balance you choose.
Are you nut free?
We cannot guarantee that we are 100% nut free or allergy-friendly. At our studio, we are not in direct contact with nuts. However, our ingredient labels mention, "may contain nuts", etc. Consume at your own risk.
Your cakes are tall, how do I cut them?
Click on the button below to access a cake serving size chart which recommends how to cut your tall cake to maximize its slices and its serving guide. It's best that you cut your tall cake slices vertically as shown in the chart rather than pizza shaped slices.
